BioFit RX Return & Replacement Policy

At BioFit RX, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and genetic test kits. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict All Sales Final policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any BioFit RX products, including supplements and test kits.
- This policy is in place due to the consumable and personalized nature of our products, which cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
2. Replacement Policy for Rejected Test Kits
If your test kit sample is rejected by the lab due to a customer error (including but not limited to):
- Insufficient sample size
- Overloaded sample
- Failure to use the provided desiccant (for longevity kits)
- Failure to follow the instructions correctly
You may request a replacement kit for a fee of $100 USD. Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the rejection notification.
3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting sales@shopbiofitrx.com with your order number and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items).
- We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
- By making a purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issues.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action to recover funds, as well as additional fees.
5. Legal Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- No Medical Claims: BioFit RX supplements and test kits are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare professional before using our products.
- Results May Vary: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our supplements or genetic testing services.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product information and follow all usage guidelines provided.
- Limitation of Liability: BioFit RX is not responsible for any misuse of our products, allergic reactions, or individual health outcomes.
